It will take place at the Ark Liberland Village in Apatin, Serbia, which will be the event's central hub. Alongside the main talks and workshops, other locations will also be used for side events.

From Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, Serbia: With some time to spare or if you want to hold onto those dollar bills, then going by bus, train, or both is your best option for getting to Apatin. It will only cost you around $8-$19, taking the quickest route from the airport to Novi Sad and then from Novi Sad to Sombor. The trip will take you between 4hr 30min-5hr total. You can take a taxi directly from the airport to Apatin, saving you some time (2hr 30min), though it will cost you around $130-$170. Take your pick.
From Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport, Hungary: The most affordable option at $10-$25 would be to take a bus from Budapest, the Népliget Autobusz station (Népligeti távolsági buszpályaudvar) to Novi Sad, Serbia. Yes, you can purchase a ticket at registration. Make sure to complete your purchase within the registration window. However, you will not have a printed badge if you purchase your ticket at the last minute. Printed materials are picked up a week before the commencement of the event.
