Terms and Conditions:

Overview: Rollover Policy

By purchasing a ticket for the Liberland Anniversary, you agree to our Rollover-Only Policy. We do not offer cash refunds for ticket purchases. Instead, if you are unable to attend, your ticket may be rolled over for use at the following year’s anniversary event.

Rollover Eligibility

  • Request Window: To be eligible for a rollover, you must submit a request via email at least 30 days prior to the event start date.

  • Validity: A rolled-over ticket is valid for the immediate subsequent year’s anniversary only. If not used the following year, the ticket value expires.

  • Status: Once a ticket has been scanned or checked in at the event, it is considered “used” and is no longer eligible for a rollover.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for rollover:

  • Donations or “Gifts” made during the checkout process.

  • Transaction fees or processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways.

  • “Sale” or “Promotional” tickets marked as Final Sale.

Ticket Transfers (Gifts)

If you cannot attend and do not wish to roll your ticket over to next year, you may transfer your ticket to another individual.

  • To complete a transfer, you must provide proof of purchase and the full name/email of the new attendee.

  • Please contact us at {email address} to finalize the name change on the digital guest list.

Late Requests

Requests for rollovers made less than 30 days before the event will be handled at the sole discretion of the organizers. We cannot guarantee rollovers for last-minute cancellations due to fixed event costs (catering, security, and logistics) already committed based on attendee count.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the Liberland Anniversary is cancelled by the organizers, all tickets will automatically roll over to the rescheduled date. If no rescheduled date is provided, a credit will be issued for future Liberland events.
